Vandals Target City-Owned Vehicle
Vandals targeted a city-owned vehicle that had been parked inside Rotary Park over the weekend.
Officers with the Lawrenceburg Police Department were called to the park around midnight Sunday. A city employee reported he had been opening the gymnasium for several different guests that day.
During that time he noticed the passenger side window had been broken on a 2001 Ford Ranger that belongs to the City of Lawrenceburg Parks and Recreation Department.
Officers report finding a rock lying on the driver’s seat. Reports show that damages are estimated to be $200.
